Mias Arnaud is a full professor of sociology at Paris Dauphine University - PSL , specializing in occupational health, social dialogue practices, labor policy, and the impact of working conditions on career trajectories and job insecurity. He coordinates the editorial board of the journal Sociologie du travail and co-leads the research program "Frontiers of Wage Employment and Labor and Employment Policies" at IRISSO (UMR CNRS-INRAE-Université Paris Dauphine).
