Dr Julian Elston is a Senior Research Fellow and Researcher-in-Residence at the Peninsula Medical School (Faculty of Health), University of Plymouth. He holds a dual role with Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust, focusing on evaluating integrated care models, particularly social prescribing and knowledge mobilisation. His expertise spans public health, health services research, and organizational theory, with a focus on inter-organizational collaboration, quality improvement, and health inequalities.
