Russ Glennon

Dr. Russ Glennon is a Reader in Public Management and Strategy at Manchester Metropolitan University's Business School, and Research Lead for the SES. He holds advanced qualifications including a PhD and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Higher Education Academy. His academic career follows a background as a senior local government manager, specializing in policy and performance.

Research focuses on public management, accountability, strategy, performance management, policy, governance, and public sector leadership.
