Dr. Christian Russ is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Business Information Technology, Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), with expertise in digital transformation, IT leadership, and business-IT alignment. His work spans healthcare, education, and automotive sectors, focusing on agile IT governance and adaptive business models.
