Professor Ringolds Balodis is a distinguished legal scholar at the University of Latvia's Faculty of Law, where he serves as Chairman of the Academic Arbitration Court. He teaches Constitutional Law and Foreign Constitutional Law courses, contributing significantly to legal education in Latvia. His affiliation with the University of Latvia extends to his role as Senator and Deputy Chairman of the Strategy Commission, demonstrating his deep institutional involvement.
