David Boyce is an Adjunct Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering. His expertise spans metropolitan transportation planning, urban travel forecasting models, and transportation network analysis. He holds a BS from Northwestern University, an MCP from the University of Pennsylvania, and a PhD in Regional Science from the University of Pennsylvania (1965).
