José Pedro da Cunha Catalão Dionísio is a Full Professor at ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon, where he works in the Marketing, Operations and General Management Department within the Institute of Business Sciences. He also serves as an Associate Researcher at BRU-Iscte - Business Research Unit.
