His recent publications demonstrate consistent focus on German real estate market stability, with particular attention to rent control policies, commercial property valuation methodologies, and sustainability integration in real estate practices. The research shows evolving emphasis from pure market analysis toward policy impact assessment and sustainability considerations, reflecting broader industry trends toward environmental and social responsibility in property markets. He maintains strong connections with multiple academic institutions through his teaching roles, creating a bridge between academic research and industry practice in the German real estate sector.
