Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tsvetan Nedkov serves as faculty at the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts "Krustyu Sarafov", holding position in the Department of Pre-Production and Production within the Faculty of Screen Arts. His dual career spans active cinematography practice and academic instruction since 2003. Research focuses on digital transformation in cinematography, with expertise in computer-aided film production, visual effects integration, and media convergence. His work bridges traditional cinematography with emerging technologies, particularly examining how digital tools reshape cinematic aesthetics and production workflows. Publications reveal consistent exploration of computer-age cinematography since the late 1990s, with articles in "Problems of Art" journal and presentations at Bulgarian Academy of Sciences conferences.
