Clint Chadwick is the Howard Fitch/Fred Ball Professor of Strategy and Human Resources Management at the University of Kansas (KU) School of Business, where he has served since 2017. His research focuses on strategic human resource systems, human capital, and their impact on firm competitiveness. He holds a PhD from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and has held academic roles at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Brigham Young University.
