Dr. Youngwook Ko is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electronic Engineering at the University of York. He holds a B.S.E. from Hannam University (South Korea), an M.Sc. from Arizona State University (USA), and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. His research focuses on applying machine learning and signal processing to wireless communications, including multi-dimensional index modulation, NOMA-ALOHA systems, and reinforcement learning-driven networks. Dr. Ko has authored/co-authored over 50 publications in top-tier IEEE journals and conferences.
