Professor Michael Lind is a Foundation Professor of Oncology at the University of Hull and Head of the Joint Centre for Cancer Studies. With 35 years in medical oncology (25 as a consultant), he focuses on lung cancer, mesothelioma, oncogeriatrics, and translational research.
- Chairs National Cancer Registration and Analysis Service lung group for Public Health England
- Leads projects on physical activity interventions, geriatric assessment, and cancer care equity
- Supervises 10 completed PhD/MDs and 1 current PhD/MD
