Dr. Angela Dionisi is an Associate Professor of Management at Carleton University's Sprott School of Business and Director of the Centre for Research on Inclusion at Work (CRIW). She holds a PhD and MSc in Organizational Behaviour from Queen’s University (Smith School of Business). Her research focuses on workplace mistreatment, leadership, and the intersection of work-life dynamics, with particular emphasis on sexual harassment’s impact on employees and families, and barriers faced by marginalized groups. She has contributed to Canadian Senate anti-harassment policies and media advocacy, including Psychology Today’s专栏“(Un)Well at Work.” Her SSHRC-funded research examines how workplace sexual harassment affects families and the unique challenges faced by employees with disabilities. Recent studies explore parental socialization of harassment awareness and how familial stress influences destructive leadership. Awards include Carleton’s 2019 Research Achievement Award and SSHRC grants supporting her interdisciplinary work.
