Rajbir Bhatti is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at Mount Royal University's Bissett School of Business. He holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management and advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering (M.Tech and B.Tech). He actively serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council (CSCSC), advising on human resource strategies for Canada's supply chain sector. His research focuses on sustainable supply chains, carbon footprint reduction, and operational efficiency through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in SMEs, as well as performance evaluation using Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA). He has authored a book and serves as Editor-in-Chief (Emeritus) of the International Journal of Applied Industrial Engineering. Awards: Outstanding Reviewer Award (2012), Journal of Modeling in Management Teaching expertise spans operations management, quality systems, global supply chains, and business statistics. He has advised one PhD and three Master's students, and contributed to curriculum development for industrial engineering programs. His professional service includes roles on the Mount Royal University General Faculties Council and transportation strategy panels for Calgary.
