Claire Lindsay is an Associate Professor in Supply Chain at Heriot-Watt University, affiliated with the School of Social Sciences and Edinburgh Business School. She serves as Head of Research for the Marketing and Operations Department (on sabbatical 2024-25), focusing on Research Strategy, Governance, and Staff Development.
