Claudia Rebolledo is a Professor in the Department of Logistics and Operations Management at HEC Montréal. She holds the Supply Chain Canada Professorship and is a member of the Healthcare Management Hub. Her expertise spans supply management, buyer-supplier relationships, sustainable procurement, public procurement, and the aerospace sector. Rebolledo earned both her M.Sc. in Marketing and Ph.D. in Administration from HEC Montréal.
Her research focuses on healthcare procurement resilience, sustainable packaging strategies, and supply chain dynamics. Recent work addresses pandemic-related challenges in healthcare logistics and the impact of tax policies on packaging reduction. She has been recognized with the 2023 Prix d'impact en recherche from HEC Montréal for impactful research contributions.
Rebolledo supervises doctoral and master's students in areas such as sustainable product packaging, procurement 4.0 adoption barriers, and healthcare supply chain optimization. She actively contributes to academic publications and co-authored the textbook *La gestion des achats et de l'approvisionnement* (2024).
