Andreas Stephan is a Professor of Competition Law and Head of the School of Law at the University of East Anglia. His expertise spans Competition Law, Subsidy Control, and White Collar Crime . He advises the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and contributed to global legislative reforms through research on public attitudes to cartels and criminalization frameworks.
