Dr. Zahra Shah is a Lecturer in Marketing at the Sheffield University Management School, part of the University of Sheffield. She holds a PhD and MSc in Marketing, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her research focuses on cross-cultural consumer behavior, influencer marketing for societal good, and digital communication strategies for health and sustainability. Zahra's work bridges disciplines through collaborations with engineering, neurology, and women's health experts. Qualifications: PhD in Marketing and Psychology (Sheffield), MSc with Distinction in Marketing Management Practice (Sheffield) Her research has been published in journals like International Marketing Review and Journal of Business Research , and she has organized special issues on influencer marketing ethics. Zahra teaches marketing modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, emphasizing practical application of research insights. She leads the Behavioural Research for Inclusivity, Sustainability and Technological Transformation (BRISTT) research group, exploring innovative solutions to global challenges.
