Dr hab. Monika Osińska-Jaroszuk is a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University's Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology. With over 15 years of research experience, her work focuses on polysaccharide science, enzyme immobilization, and biomedical applications of fungal bioactives.
