Gerardo Petruzziello is an Assistant Professor (fixed-term) at the Department of Psychology 'Renzo Canestrari' at the University of Bologna. He holds a PhD in Psychological Science (2022) and is a registered psychologist in Emilia-Romagna. As a junior researcher, he coordinates the PhWE Research Group (Psychological Well-being in the PhD Experience). His research focuses on career development, transition-to-work processes, e-recruitment fairness, and academic well-being. He has held a visiting PhD position at Radboud University (Netherlands) and participates in international associations like APA and EAWOP. He collaborates with teaching staff to enhance student employability through supportive interventions.
