Arun Venkataramani is a Professor in the Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He joined the faculty in 2005 as an Assistant Professor, advancing to Associate Professor in 2010. His roles include Chair of Master’s Admissions and Master’s Program Director. His research focuses on networking, distributed systems, mobile and sensor systems, with a particular emphasis on privacy-preserving consensus, interdomain routing, and secure communication in challenged networks.
