Jean Anne Incorvia is an Associate Professor in the Chandra Family Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, leading the Integrated Nano Computing (INC) Lab. She holds the Engineering Foundation Endowed Faculty Fellowship and has expertise in nanodevices leveraging spintronics, nanomagnetism, and bio-inspired computing. Her research spans neuromorphic systems, 2D materials, and computing in extreme environments. Education: Bachelor’s in Physics, UC Berkeley (2008) Ph.D. in Physics, Harvard University (2015) [cross-registered at MIT] Research Focus: Incorvia’s work integrates emerging materials and physics to advance low-power computing. Key areas include spintronic devices, magnetic tunnel junctions, and neuromorphic circuits for AI applications. She explores applications in health, energy, and security, with a focus on radiation-hardened systems.
