Zuzana Joniaková

Zuzana Joniaková is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the Faculty of Business Management, University of Economics in Bratislava. She also serves as Deputy Head of the Department of Management (2023–present) and previously as Head of the Department (2019–2023). She holds academic positions at the University of Performing Arts, Faculty of Theatre (external teacher since 2009). Her expertise spans human resource management, leadership, and crisis management, with a focus on agricultural enterprises and organizational behavior.

Education:

• 1996: 2nd Degree in Corporate Management, Faculty of Business Management, UE Bratislava
• 2009: 3rd Degree in Corporate Management, same faculty
• 2020: PhD in Economics and Management, Faculty of Business Management, UE Bratislava

Research Interests: Zuzana’s work emphasizes human resource systems in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, leadership effectiveness, crisis management strategies, and agricultural enterprise performance. She has led projects like Human Resource Management Systems in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Post-pandemic Management: Identifying Temporary and Sustainable Changes.

• Member of the Scientific Council at her faculty and the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences
