Zoltan Butt

Zoltan Butt is a Lecturer in Actuarial Science at the Faculty of Actuarial Science and Insurance within City St George's, University of London. He teaches Financial and Investment Mathematics and applications of information technology to undergraduate students. His research focuses on mortality and morbidity models, risk analysis in health insurance, and the application of data analysis to insurance software development.

Publications: His research spans mortality forecasting, work life expectancy calculations, and frailty-based models. Key areas include the application of Markov models for long-term care projections and Lee-Carter variants for mortality analysis.
