Zoe Jane-Lara Hildon is an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore’s Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) and a Visiting Investigator at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID). She holds a PhD in Public Health from Imperial College London (2008), an MA in Critical Theory and Interdisciplinary Studies (University of Reading, 2002), and a BA in Sociology and French (University of Reading, 2001). Her career spans academic, governmental, and non-governmental sectors across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Her research focuses on implementation science, social and behavior change (SBC), antimicrobial resistance, pandemic response strategies, and health policy decision-making for infectious disease mitigation. She co-directs the Health Intervention and Policy Evaluation Research (HIPER) group at NUS (2023–present) and has led evaluations for initiatives like the Movements for Health (M4H) and the Community for Successful Ageing (ComSA) program. She has contributed to global health projects in Tanzania, Mozambique, Senegal, Rwanda, and Nepal.

Her recent publications analyze antibiotic stewardship in Singapore, pandemic management strategies for healthcare workers, and migrant worker health during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has pioneered frameworks for community health movements and geriatric risk assessment tools.
