Zhu Yang is an Associate Professor at the Department of Music and Performance, School of Art and Media, Tongji University, holding a Master's degree and serving as resident conductor of the Tongji University 1907 Chamber Choir since 2018. Previously employed at Shanghai Opera House (2008-2009), he has been with Tongji University since 2009.

Zhu Yang's research centers on Music with specialized expertise in Choral Conducting, Art Therapy, Russian Music traditions, and Music Education.
