Zhenni Wu is a PhD student in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Surrey, holding academic roles including Lecturer (Full-Time, Fixed-Term, 2022) and Associate Lecturer (Part-Time, 2023–2024) in Hospitality Management. She completed her bachelor's in Logistics Management at Southeast University (China), master's in Management Science and Engineering at Shandong University (China), and MA in International Tourism Management at the University of Surrey.

She also supervises dissertations and contributes as a guest speaker in Tourism Management and Visitor Attraction Management courses.
Zhenni has served as a teaching assistant for courses in leadership, European field trip studies, service marketing, and strategic marketing. Her work bridges academic research with practical hospitality and tourism management.
