معرفی
Dr. Zheng Li is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Electrical, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering, University of Wollongong. His research focuses on control systems, robotics, and automation, with a particular emphasis on teleoperator systems and industrial applications. He holds a position within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences since 2022 and supervises Master’s and PhD students in topics like vehicle steer-by-wire systems and teleoperator performance optimization.
Dr. Li has secured research funding from organizations such as the Australian Research Council (ARC) and industry partners, including projects like the 'Innovative X-by-Wire Control Systems' (2014–2017). His work bridges theoretical control methodologies with practical industrial challenges, such as improving robotic accuracy in mining automation and reducing wave reflections in teleoperation environments.
His research interests include linear time-varying systems, predictive control algorithms, and sensor-based automation. He has collaborated on projects involving fiber-optic sensors for human localization and impulse control strategies for precision robotics.
Dr. Li is available to supervise higher degree research students in electrical and control engineering domains, with a focus on advanced control systems and robotics applications.
