Analysis of his recent publications reveals a dominant focus on rice proteomics with particular emphasis on protein modifications (acetylation, succinylation, malonylation, and hydroxyisobutyrylation) during seed development. His work increasingly incorporates genomic approaches including GWAS for agronomic traits and explores intersections with computational methods for disease detection.
