Zarak Khan

Zarak Khan is a behavioral scientist with expertise in organizational strategy, innovation infrastructure, product design, and public policy. He divides his time between industry, academia, and philanthropy, currently serving as Senior Manager of Behavioral Science in Edward Jones' enterprise design team, Senior Behavioral Researcher at Duke University, and Behavioral Science Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. At UPenn, he teaches applied behavioral science consulting to graduate students.

His research interests span behavioral science, psychology, and their applications to real-world challenges in public policy and product design. As board chair of Bescy, a nonprofit community of 20,000+ practitioners, he promotes the use of behavioral science for societal benefit.
