Zara Page is a Researcher and PhD candidate at the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA) within the School of Psychiatry at UNSW Sydney. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Neuroscience from UNSW (2020) and is supported by the Dementia Centre for Research Collaboration PhD Scholarship. Her research focuses on cultural and linguistic factors influencing neuropsychological assessments for older adults from diverse backgrounds. She is supervised by Scientia Professor Henry Brodaty, Dr. Nicole Kochan, and Dr. Karen Croot.
Her work aims to develop equitable diagnostic tools for dementia in culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) populations. She actively participates in global dementia initiatives and serves as an Alzheimer’s Association ISTAART Ambassador (2022). Zara has presented invited talks internationally and collaborates widely on dementia policy and early career researcher support.
Key research interests include super-aging, cross-cultural neuropsychological assessment, and health equity in aging populations. Her publications span clinical manifestations of dementia, systematic reviews on super-aging, and policy analyses for early-career researchers.
