Dr. Zalphia Wilson-Hill is a Senior Lecturer in Wellness & Inclusive Services in Education at Rowan University's College of Education. With over 30 years in public education, she develops programs on college/career readiness, equity, and adolescent mental health, serving as a high school counselor and crisis team leader.
