ZHANG Bobo is an Associate Professor of Finance at NEOMA Business School. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Warwick, a Master’s in Finance and Economics from the same institution, and a BA in Economics from Sichuan University, China. His teaching focuses on corporate finance and Python programming for financial applications in graduate and undergraduate programs.

Research Interests: Dr. Zhang’s work centers on empirical corporate finance, corporate governance, political economy, and blockchain applications in finance. His research bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in emerging technologies and regulatory environments.
Professional Activities: He has presented research at major conferences including the NFA, EFA, FMA, and AAA Annual Meetings. Beyond academia, he works as a part-time consultant for a European asset management firm, applying his expertise in financial strategies and technology.
