ZENG Zitong

Dr. Zitong Zeng is a Full-time Faculty Assistant Professor of Accounting at Singapore Management University's School of Accountancy (SOA), expected to join following her PhD completion. Her research explores the real effects of financial reporting on product markets, competitive dynamics, and operational decisions, alongside accounting information's influence on consumer behavior and contracts.

• Education: PhD in Accounting (UCLA Anderson School of Management), MA in Quantitative Methods in Social Sciences (Columbia University), BBA in Management & Finance (University of Toronto)

Research focuses on financial reporting quality, voluntary disclosures, accounting standards, and information asymmetry. She serves as a reviewer for The Accounting Review and Review of Accounting Studies.
