Yvonne Groen

Dr. Yvonne Groen is an Associate Professor in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences, specializing in ADHD and ASD. She holds positions in both the Department of Clinical & Developmental Neuropsychology and serves as Editor for Mindwise. Her research focuses on social cognition, empathy, and executive functions in neurodevelopmental disorders. Groen has led multidisciplinary projects like the EmFASiS study on female autism screening and ADHD@university investigating university students with ADHD. She has secured grants from NRO and Hersenstichting for classroom interventions and reward-based learning studies. Awards include the ENMESH poster prize (2022) and KNAW communication grant (2021).
