Yvonne Fromm

Yvonne Fromm, M.Sc., is a Researcher at the University of Mannheim’s Chair of Business Education – Learning, Design & Technology, within the School of Economic and Business Education. Her work focuses on adaptive learning environments, workplace learning, and the integration of digital tools like AI and learning analytics. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU), specializing in business, organizational, and social psychology.

Yvonne has contributed to projects such as the KAMAELEON initiative, exploring context-based learning support in online continuing education. Her research spans systematic reviews on educational practices, stakeholder perspectives in adaptive learning design, and the impact of communication tools on decision-making processes. She has held roles at LMU’s Chair of Business and Organizational Psychology, the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, and the Bavarian Research Institute for Digital Transformation.
