Floris Scherb is a Researcher at the University of Mannheim's Business School, affiliated with the Chair for Economic and Business Education – Learning, Design & Technology. Since August 2023, he has served as a Research Assistant and became a doctoral candidate in April 2024, focusing on Economic and Business Education with a technological emphasis. His Master’s degree in Business Education included a minor in Business Informatics.
His research centers on AI-based recommender systems for continuing vocational education and their evaluation, particularly through his involvement in the KISMET-AI project. He emphasizes practical applications of technology in educational design and lifelong learning systems. Consultation hours are by appointment.
