Yvonne Garbers

Prof. Dr. Yvonne Garbers is a Professor of Organizational Psychology at the Institute for Communication Management, Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Lingen Campus. Her research focuses on organizational leadership, team dynamics, and the interplay of virtuality and diversity in workplaces. She also teaches Human Resource Management, Organizational Communication, and Applied Statistics.
