Yves ROY is a Doctorant (PhD candidate) in Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Université de Montréal, and serves as a Chargé de cours (Course Instructor) in the Department of Philosophy. His research interests span interdisciplinary areas including Aristotelian ethics, logic, philosophy of mathematics, theoretical computer science, artificial intelligence ethics, and moral robotics. He holds multiple academic credentials: a B.A. in Philosophy and Physics (1992), an M.A. in Philosophy (1995) from Université de Montréal, a Bachelor of Computer Science (1997), and a Master of Computer Science (2004) from Concordia University.
