Bruno Lussier is an Associate Professor at HEC Montréal, where he teaches courses in Relational Sales (MARK 20123), Psychology and Marketing (MARK 60100), and Service Marketing (MARK 80131A). He serves as Director of the Sales Institute HEC Montréal and is an Associate Member of Pôle sports.

Recent publications analyze Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in B2B selling, social anxiety in sales roles, and networking frameworks across selling ecosystems. His 2023 award-winning paper on emotion management during sales interactions remains influential.
