Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yusuf ARSLAN is an academic affiliated with the Faculty of Business Administration at Sakarya University, specifically within the Department of Business Administration Communication. He holds the academic rank of Associate Professor and specializes in areas such as consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and food industry trends. His research often intersects with social media analytics, brand equity, and pandemic-related consumption patterns.
Prof. ARSLAN has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, including studies on organic food perception, cycling policy implications from social media data, and pandemic-driven shifts in food consumption.
