Yukihiro Carmichael is an Assistant Professor in the Music Production and Engineering (MP&E) department at Berklee College of Music, Boston. He is actively involved in music production, engineering, and performance, contributing to major projects in film, television, video games, and advertising.
His research and creative interests center around music production, sound engineering, groove theory, remix culture, and cross-genre composition. He emphasizes the importance of real-life experience, physical learning, and emotional connection in developing musical originality.
