Yoon-Jong Chang is a **Part-time Assistant Professor** in the BFA Fashion Design program at Parsons, The New School for Design. She holds a BFA from Parsons and has international academic experience through studies at Parsons Paris and Winchester School of Art. Her teaching focuses on nurturing students' individual design perspectives through innovative methodologies.
Professional Background: After graduating, she worked for 13 years at Cynthia Steffe, eventually becoming Design Director. She co-founded the contemporary womenswear label *Whistle & Flute*, which earned multiple awards including the GENART Design Vision Award and Samsung Fashion & Design Fund recognition. Her work has been featured in *WWD*, *Nylon*, *Harper’s Bazaar Korea*, and *NYTimes T Magazine*.
