Dr. Ylli Dautaj is an Associate Professor in Commercial Law and Commercial Arbitration at Durham Law School, University of Durham. He holds adjunct and visiting roles at institutions including Penn State Dickinson Law (USA) and Uppsala University (Sweden). His research focuses on international economic law, commercial arbitration, and sovereign immunity in enforcement of arbitral awards.
Education: PhD in Law from the University of Edinburgh (Scottish Graduate School for Arts & Humanities scholar).
