Yiwei Xiong

Dr. Yiwei Xiong is an Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Cell Biology at the Yale School of Medicine. His research focuses on molecular signaling pathways in immunology and cancer biology, with a particular emphasis on T-cell biology, protein interactions, and disease mechanisms. He is affiliated with the Xiaolei Su Lab and has contributed to studies on leukemia, CAR-T cell therapy, metastasis, and immune dysfunction.

Key research areas include hyperactive PLCγ1 signaling in T-cell malignancies, SIRT2-mediated metastasis in lung cancer, and the role of ADAP in regulating immune cell functions.
