Ying W. Shen

Ying W. Shen serves as Professor of Education and Director of Technology and Assessment at the University of Northwestern–St. Paul, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in instructional media technology and educational research while leading developmental assessment initiatives and campus-wide faculty technology integration programs.
