Ying Tang is a Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Rowan University, where she also serves as Undergraduate Program Coordinator. Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Computer Engineering, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from Northeastern University.
