Ying Chen is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Greehey School of Business, St. Mary’s University. With a doctorate from Jacksonville University and over a decade of academic experience, she specializes in research areas such as earnings quality, capital structure, and forensic accounting. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes 'learning by doing' and integrates modern tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, and generative AI to prepare students for data-driven business environments.
