Ying Cai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Iowa State University, joining in 2003 after earning his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida (2002). He leads projects funded by the Air Force Research Laboratory, including work on authentication data structures for rank-aware queries, requiring U.S. citizenship and expertise in linear algebra/cryptography.
