Ye Wang is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Business, Stevens Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, bank debt, and CEO compensation. She holds a PhD from the University of Arizona, an MS from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a BS from Shandong University in China.

Research Interests: Dr. Wang examines how corporate financial decisions, executive behaviors, and technological advancements influence firm outcomes.
